Due to the constant changes to the Provincial Lockdown Restrictions, appointments only for sales and service departments. The Porsche Centre Markham is located at the Bullock Drive McCowan Road intersection, carrying the same consistent exterior design as any other Porsche dealerships located around the world. What's cool about this location is that...it's situated in the same piece of land shared by CF Markville Mall. There is a charging station, a drive-thru for getting services done, a parking lot in front of the dealership and a car washing station, etc. Porsche is definitely a luxurious brand that offers high quality, high performances and high-tech offerings in its starting lineup.

Excellent experience buying my new Cayenne S from Porsche Centre Markham. Comfortable configuring my vehicle in their Markville location. Jimmy even brought in a vehicle from Vaughn to show me a sample of the colour I was contemplating/bought (chalk). Completing the paperwork and getting familiar with vehicle/options with Zarwin was a breeze. Nice touch picking up the vehicle in the showroom and driving it out. Love the vehicle. Looking forward to visiting the new showroom at Markville.

My wife purchased a Macan a few weeks ago. We cannot state how phenomenal this experience has been. Nicholas Su, who was our sales person, is outstanding! He is prompt, pleasant and went out of his way to accommodate us. Other than having to go out to Markham to test drive the car (and even then he brought the car to the BMW dealership as we were test driving the X3 as well) he repeatedly came to our house to do all the paper work so we wouldn't have to drive out to Markham. My wife absolutely love the Macan. It is certainly the best car she has ever owned and now they are urging me to make it my next car. However, it is Nicholas who has made this experience so amazing.
Terrible level of service. Sales Dept Management showed a complete lack of follow-up on a purchase inquiry, with a simple request to view a vehicle inspection report PreOwned Vehicle inspection process is unorganized or non existent. Dealership Management proved to be incompetent or uninterested I suggest choosing a different dealer. My full complaint will be forwarded to Dealer Principal Your Feb 17th response is laughable. I was dealing with your Management, and it was their lack of response that was the issue. And now they are publicly asking for my contact information after we have already corresponded. Additionally you waited 6 days to even follow-up on a 1 star review. The Porsche brand deserves better.
