I was in a hurry to get vaccinations for a business trip to India. I was able to book an appointment online very quickly and conveniently. On visiting the clinic, the facility was very clean and welcoming (like a living room!). The staff were very pleasant, professional & knowledgeable. This will definitely be my go-to travel clinic for the future!

This is my first experience with Passport Health. I got the name of the clinic by doing a google search in my area. I called for an appointment on Thursday and I got a slot the next day. Christine, the Travel Health Nurse, explained clearly in detail the recommended vaccinations for my upcoming travel to South Africa plus general travel. She patiently went through my travel itinerary to analyze the potential risk of catching certain disease before recommending the required vaccination. I can also return to her office without paying additional consultation fee at a later stage to get the recommended preventive medication that I did not get at my first visit. In addition, I also received written information of general travel advice. I recommend this travel clinic to other travellers.

I called Passport Health Markham in the afternoon and less than an hour later, my wife and I were in the office. Our vaccine records were checked and the necessary medications were administered and dispensed. I would highly recommend them to all my friends. We will definitely be going back for any future travel related vaccines.

All the reviews are correct. Fantastic service! Dealing with the call center to set up the appointment was a bit of a pain and I got mixed information resulting in needing to be transferred to a supervisor...but when I got to the clinic this morning with my 2 young boys, Christine was very kind, patient, and knowledgeable, giving specific advice backed by documentation of risks for the area we are travelling to. She was so sweet with my kids and made them feel at ease about getting their vaccines. Everything was done quickly but thoroughly and we were in an out in an hour with both consultation and vaccines done. Just be sure to fill in all the information they ask online to save time at the clinic and 10. Don't be put off by the call center, which is not directly linked to this particular office....it is merely for setting up the appointment. Would recommend this office and Christine in particular to anyone!
