To say we were disappointed, is putting it lightly. After looking at all the reviews, we decided to purchase a building. They were helpful, and quick to respond out of the gate. This all came to a screeching halt. When the building was delivered (late, I might add), we had an experienced contractor, who assembles these buildings start the work. His crew would get here, get set up, and start working... then there were parts missing. Which then had to be reordered and shipped, causing 2 weeks delay. This repeated on about 7 occasions, causing months of delays, and us thousands of dollars. We were only sent 3/4 of a building!! We even had to purchase some extra materials ourselves. We sent the receipt to Norsteel, and crickets. Not a word. They were well aware of the MANY issues we were having throughout the process, as we had to constantly email them to order the many parts missing...we haven't had a single follow up from Norsteel, and we had to hound them to reimburse us for the money spent out of pocket to purchase materials that they didn't send. We live on a busy road, and we have had many people stop and ask where we purchased the building. Needless to say, we have directed them all away from Norsteel. Awful customer service when there are issues, and terrible customer follow up to the issues. Save yourself the headaches.

My wife and I super enjoy our new garage. Being FAR in the north, where winter temperatures are often -40 we feel that we can actually be content here now that our vehicles are warm, and easy to start. And I have a place to work! GREAT building, good instructions, and good support.

I have not actually purchased a product but it is not the fault of the company. The staff I spoke with are knowledgeable and straight forward, with no pressure tactics to make a sale. The pricing was competitive out of the gate, there was no \If you but this today I can give you an extra 10% off because the seller is motivated.\ It was a refreshing change.
