I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bajaj and Kinatex Sports Physio Markham. She is very knowledgable, patient, enthusiastic and helped tailor the program to meet my treatment goals! Highly recommended! Great team and excellent treatment.

This review is for their massage service. They have 3 therapists there ranging from decent massage skills to terrible massage skills. I give them an overall 1-star rating because they all cheated 7-12 minutes out of an hour massage every single time. It is really ridiculous and unethical. It starts with their general unethical practice of booking back to back appointments with no gaps in between. Say, if you book a one hour massage at 3 pm and the one before you does not end on time which happens all the time, your massage will be started anywhere from 7-10 minutes late, then it always ends 3-4 minutes before the hour. I have been to probably close to over 100 RMTs. I have never experienced something like this here regardless of the RMT here. Usually, the clock does not start to count until the massage actually starts with all the other RMTs I have been to. BUT NOT HERE! THEY START THE CLOCK AS SOON AS YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME STARTS EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE NOT EVEN INSIDE THE MASSAGE ROOM YET!!! A couple of times their receptionist were 6 minutes late from opening the clinic while we were waiting for her to come in. Still, my massage ended 3 minutes before the hour even though my massage did not start 12 minutes into the hour. So my one hour massage was just slightly over 45 minutes. This is the only RMT place I have been to that do not put a 15 minute gap between appointments. Instead they try to cheat the minutes from each of their clients. Initially, I thought it was just with a specific therapist so I ended up trying them all. They were all the same - CHEATERS!!! Susan at least tried to cheat as little as possible. Hilary and Angela are both ridiculous in how many minutes they cheat you out every time! In terms of massage skills out of 5, Hiliary - 1.5, Susan - 2, Angela - 3.5.

I can not say enough good things about my experiences at Kinatex. I have been receiving treatment from there for many years now and will continue for many more. The doctors and specialists there are always in a great mood and happy to help, and help they do. From Chiropractic to physiotherapy to massage therapy, they are all extremely knowledgeable and have a bundle of gizmos and gadgets to help treat any injury or issue. Thank you to everyone at Kinatex Markham!!!
