Samsung S10 screen replacement. Same day repair in my case. Great customer service, friendly and considerate staff. The repair was successful, brand new screen, finger print works, everything works fine. Improvements: I would've preferred if they had cleaned off the extra sealant/glue but it's not a big deal. Still giving 5* as I had a very positive experience with the staff.

Charge me 60 for a screen replacement iPhone. The screen cracked the second I picked it up, their customer service response was to call security. I was happy to talk to security and they even took my side but very rude stuff there did nothing to try to fix the situation. Stay away!! Scammers!!
Got rude attitude from a certain staff that worked there. I strongly encourage others to find another cell phone store because there's TONS of others and really nice service. This one did not provide anything for me or my friend that went along. Never visiting again.

Worst cell phone repair ever. They replaced my Note 3 screen with a defective one which over heated my phone. It is now going to cost me an additional 300 on top of what they sold me. I had proof from Samsung that this was the issue and they still refused to give me my money back for the screen only! This place is a joke. Out of all the cell phone places at Pacific Mall this has got to be the worst. Horrible customer service
