I thoroughly enjoyed the level of service Andrew provided during my home's inspection. Andrew did my new home year end inspection and he helped us identify many issues which was against the building compliance. The most important out of all the issues were identified was that the builder made the walk out access door installation where the door is installed almost at the same level as the backyard land grading. It is obvious the water gets in to the basement if there is flood and will cause a huge damage and much much more money to redo the grading in the future.
