After meeting Marc, i felt right away he would be the right guy to get the car ready for summer. I went to get my headlights restored as I messed them up when trying to do it myself, and also to get the exterior detailed. When I came to pick up the car, it looked brand new and every detail from tires to exhaust tips were perfect. The headlights were crystal clear and exterior to match. Here are the before and after photos of the scratch on the ceramic coating. Marc did a fantastic job fixing the scratch spots on the ceramic coating. would really recommend to go to him.
Honestly, the best service I have ever received for anything auto related. Marc polished and coated my headlights on my car and it looks fantastic. No more dull, scratched and micro cracks on the surface. Extremely honest guys there, can't wait to take it in for a full detail!
When buying a pre-owned vehicle from a local dealership, the dealers will always promise to have the car fully detailed to show room condition before it is picked up. What do they really do? Just a simple 2 minute vacuum and a power wash on the exterior. The car may look clean from 10 feet away, but come any closer and you will start to notice all the dirt both on the interior and exterior of the vehicle. I know, as I have experienced this countless of times both on the vehicles that I have purchased as well as vehicles purchased by friends and family. Marc and his crew at Grand Tour Autospa are the only people I trust with detailing my car as they go above and beyond all my expectations every single time. The shop is extremely clean, and the guys are professional with numerous years of experience. Not only do they pay extremely close attention to details that I'll probably never even notice, but they also do extra things without even me having to mention it. Marc provided a great service for my Lexus. He did full detailing and ceramic coating on my SUV and I can't be happier with results. He kept me informed during the detailing process and sent me pics as he progressed, which was great to see. It looks fantastic and his price was best in town. I'd definitely recommend him to anyone looking to get their car detailed and/or ceramic coated.
