Asked for a quote in person on a Saturday. Owner John wasn't present at the time. The worker on-site called the owner. He was instructed to gather all of my contact information and that John would call me the next day to discuss. No call Sunday. Gave a few extra days due to Canada Day. Followed-up by calling in. John picks up. Tells me that unfortunately they have no space on the truck for delivery that day, however he didn't bother giving me a call to inform me of such. 1 star for not taking the time to ring me up and inform me of the unavailability. Other than that, the on-site worker was great to speak to. Concise and engaging.
