I purchased our furniture in October last year which was delivered only week ago. We all love it. It was delayed but not the fault of the dealer as there is Covid-19 stuff around. I love Love Love my stuff. Nice staff to help me get it. Thanks Guys.

I called to follow up on my couches and was told they were going to be several weeks late. But somehow they were able to expedite things for me so I had them for the 2nd day I took possession of my new condo. The couches are amazing quality and very comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish I would have gotten a heads up they might be late instead of having to call and find out myself. But that may have come later had I not called myself. Overall it was a positive experience and the quality and comfort makes up for it.
We had very good experience shopping here. We were helped to make choose right furniture within our budget. Ashu is very polite and knowledgeable sales person. We will come back here for future projects.

I have never seen a shop that is worse than this. We have ordered some furniture from them. There are a few screws on the chair. They told us that the furniture is here, let us pay the bill, but when we pay the money, They told us that there was a department that didn't arrive. Then we waited for two months and never responded. Calling them always said that they would reply immediately, but they never responded. We have to refund, they don't give, service. The attitude is particularly bad and they also cursed us and said that we will have retribution. We have already reflected this to customer protection Ontario. We can't let them lie to customers again.
