Super positive experience despite restrictions (only 4 people were allowed in the store at one time). My desired boots weren’t in stock but Samiyah helped me order them (and they arrived SUPER fast to my house, wow). Location is attractive and easy to find in the mall.

This staff here has really bad attitude. It’s like they don’t care about your business. There were only one staff and one manager at the store. The staff was a very young girl. When she was helping me ordering a pair of shoes online, she was not responsive to my questions and not even smiling. Feels like she had a really bad day. At the end I got enough and left without buying anything. Also she told me shipping is 8, doesn’t matter shipping to home or to store, but when I checked their website actually all standard shippings are free... she’s just not fit for this job...

Just be aware, if you need to order anything and it’s under 180, you have to pay 8 shipping fee yourself even if it shipping to the store. What a ripoff.
