These people looking only money. They agreed when I call last year for my kids training grade 9&8. They said individual training will be get for my kids but they are cheating the parents. They charged around 450 from my account for two week training program for my kids. I ask them before book, i am coming from Niagra so I have to stay hotel for 8 days. They agreed it’s individual training will get for my kids. But after payed online when I send the kids for training and I watched the training. They are not observing the kids. Because last 28 years I am playing badminton. It is useless for kids training they charging. Better to send kids to day care than these places.

Would definently rate 5 stars...if not for rude old lady. I rented out a racket and it happened to break at the handle while I was in mid air swinging - I only used the racket for 10 minutes and it broke - showcasing that the racket must have been really old or already had internal damages. I went to receptionist who was very kind and understanding, however this old lady on the other hand would not listen to what I was saying and kept preventing me from talking. I understand that the racket is my responsibility even if it is used only for 10 minutes. However, she kept yelling- not calm at all- and did not let me speak forcing me to pay for the racket. She kept repeating that the rackets that she rented out to me was someone else's from the lost and found and she will need to replace the racket now (I do not believe she is going to replace it) in case the owner comes looking for the racket. I love playing at this place and everyone is very kind, but the old lady's disgusting attitude towards customers is huge let down. However, I did pay for the racket to take responsibility for renting the racket.
The receptionist is very polite and outgoing. Unfortunately, there is this lady, yelling at us, forcing us to play in a different court. There are still available courts during that time. However, she make us play in a different court and the lighting is bad...
I have been at E Badminton for 5 years and everyone has been nothing but great. The coaches are absolutely amazing! The E Team is amazing and always has great team spirit! Thank you to all the coaches who have ever trained me here! Never second guess, E is best!!!
This is a great facility. The courts are nice and the coaches are world-class. I train here and I think that the training is really good and there no fooling around. There are programs and training for all ages and skill levels. Whether you want to be an international player or a club player, their training will help you to reach your goal.
