I can’t speak highly enough of all of the people at Design Turf, and their turf product. They were so flexible, accommodating, professional and always responded so quickly. We had a to remove and reinstall the turf three times due to a renovation - very annoying of us- and they were always happy to come and do the job quickly and professionally. And the admin team went out of their way to accommodate our tight, tight schedule. And the tuft product is amazing. We have had it now for a few years and it’s perfect. My kids even play on it in the winter when there’s no snow. Installing Design Turf turf was the best thing we ever did for our yard. Super , super happy.

We hired Design Turf to install pet turf in a small section of our backyard. Throughout the entire process, various members of the team responsible for the installation stayed in constant communication with us so we always knew what to expect and who to contact if we have questions/concerns. The installation team (led by Jack) were hard working, professional, and did an exceptional job. Design Turf may not be the cheapest turf company in the area, but if you want to be 100% sure that your lawn looks absolutely incredible - they are well worth the price and more. Thanks again!
The best transaction I have ever had, from the initial contact, measure and quote to completion of the job. Everybody was punctual, obscenely well prepared and organized! The installation was done with military precision and their cleanup afterwards was impeccable. The installation crew was courteous and a pleasure to have on site. I would only use them for future artificial turf. No need to look elsewhere. Design Turf is the GOLD STANDARD.
I recently used Design Turf to install new turf in our back yard and the experience was excellent. From the initial request to come and quote the job to setting everything up for the installation to the actual installation, the group was excellent to deal with and was extremely responsive to any requests. We’ve used Design Turf for two lawn replacement jobs now and we’ve been very happy with the work from start to finish. The office staff (Shari and Brandi) are very organized, professional and friendly. Alex came out to look at the space each time and is friendly, knowledgeable and super-efficient (the quote was sent and in my inbox before he even left our property). And the installers (including Jacob and his team) are superb—always on-time, meticulous, hard-working. And finally, the turf—beautiful, amazing fit homes with pets, hardy and tough-wearing and so easy to keep clear of leaves and snow. ***** work!
