Just want to acknowledge the excellent service provided by CBP Customer Service Specialist, Darlene H., who went out of her way to resolve a delay in processing a package for delivery. Darlene was very approachable and knowledgeable of the pertinent issues. She even initiated a follow up contact the next day to ensure everything was in order. A level of customer support in my experience you rarely see these days from companies.

Expect to wait for a MONTH to get your package. They takes at least 2 weeks to processing. It means, you can see your package in the system after two weeks. Then, it takes another 1-2 week to move the package to canada. It’s ridiculous SLOW. I don’t understand how hard to scan a package. Covid is a reason for you. Won’t use it anymore.

I have used CrossBorder Pickups since they opened up shop in Mississauga, I have now moved to Markham and use the Markham location to pick up items. Its easy to use once you figure out the process. Once items arrive in US- -Wait for email confirmation from them login declare value & approve it. -Next step select pick up in Canada(if you are picking up) or mail it to you option. Then pay duites/taxes and shipping/pick up fee on portal. -wait for arrival email, then go pick up I will admit the Customer service, needs to be a bit better the do bots suck. I had a question for two issues -they were resolved. However, I called never got a live agent. When I emailed it took a 2 days for a response

This is my first time using this service, I “THOUGHT” it would be a smooth service. With the boarder being closed and this ad kept showing up on my Facebook page. I thought I’d give it a try. I tried contacting there customer service and all got was a “concierge bot”. If you are going to run a business of this such. There should be a transparency on what’s going on with peoples packages. I got some automated reply stating the packages would be in their system from 1 to 3 days. I’m already going on the fourth day and still there hasn’t been any updates. At this point I don’t even know if this package lost or not. USPS showed it had been delivered to there US drop off location. It doesn’t take long to input the packages into the system. I should know I’ve working in a mailroom office that received thousands of packages a day. I WOULD “NOT” recommend this serivce to any of my family or friends at all. I can’t even file a claim to USPS if CrossBorder services lost this package.
