I'm not sure if it's because of COVID they were really busy today, but when I went today the service was horrendous. I had to wait an hour to place my order, and another for it to be ready. They seemed really busy so it's understandable they would take a long time for orders, but this was way too long of a wait. No customer should have to wait 2 whole hours for their order or even an hour just to order a drink. It's outrageous. Next time they should call more staff to come on shift because clearly even with 5 staff members on shift they still took hours to make customer's orders.

4 employees 10 customers in store, averaging 10-12 min per drink. Slow, overpriced. Zero social distancing and we'll over capacity for the restrictions in place. Drink was good.
I placed a Uber Eat Order and went to the store to pick it up just now. I double checked and confirmed it is my order and took it. While I was scared by a staff young lady who yelled at me and asked me to return my order. I was confused and outrageous. Only when I gave her the order number did she return my order. Did I pay to get someone yelling at me ??? I do not know why she is so angry. Yes I know, she was bored or she may feel hot or she is not happy with her life or whatever. I just want to say :Can you talk to your boss to raise your salaries if you are not happy with your work instrad of yelling at your customers and ruined their good mood on a beautiful sunshine Sunday afternoon??????? Life is harsh for some people but please be nice. Anyway I swear never go to that store anymore. And they must apologize!
