Hands down my favourite place to receive a massage. I have tried many spas, sports and massage therapy clinics, however, no place has ever compared. The staff are professional, knowledgable, qualified and friendly. Their receptionist is so sweet and always there to help. If you are looking for some much needed relaxation, this is the place for you. It is clean and quiet with a calming ambience. Summer, Tia, and Kari are great massage therapists, whom I would all recommend. They definitely know what they are doing as they are able to release muscle tension, stress and knots from the body. I have been seeing them for over five years! I always leave feeling great and can't wait for my next appointment. My partner loves it too and schedules an appointment every few weeks as well. So happy to have found this little gem of a place!

Booked a massage for my mom and I. I verified the amount that we'll be paying for both parties over the phone several times, with their main staff member. When the massage was done and in time to pay, I got billed double the price even after I confirmed everything prior to the appointment. I was very disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism because when I confronted her, she tried to cover it up and said that I had insurance and that's why... ? I'm sorry but if I was told a price over the phone which I verified couple times, why am I in for a surprise when I'm cashing out? I felt that was unfair practice. Second of all, the massage therapist for my mother didn't do a good job, and didn't even communicate about the pressure of the massage. Wasn't going to create an issue over any of this so just paid, tipped, and left but will not be going back. I've been to a lot of other registered clinics where things were dealt with correctly...just wanted to try something new. Oh well.

I had the best massage I think I have ever had at Bur oak today. I also had a facial and manicure which were done at the same time. I felt like royalty. All the staff are very well trained and knowledgeable. A great experience!
