We had a very good experience ordering soccer uniforms from Avanti. Special thanks to Andrew who made everything run smoothly. The process was extremely fast, we got our shirts only 3 days after ordering! Highly recommended.

Initially, I had issues with contacting customer service on the phone. Was on hold for a long time, and then disconnected before I could speak to someone. The owner subsequently reached out to me to explain that they installed a new phone system, and it wasn't working properly for a short time. As it turns out, this is the period I placed my call to them. My follow-up call to address my order was addressed politely and professionally, and I was satisfied with the response. Great company to get my son's referee gear and uniform.

My understanding is that the Avanti Group themselves is a good company to deal with to get your soccer related supplies from all types of clothing to equipment. The facility itself in the Markham area is nothing fancy. More of a warehouse with a small storefront to show off some of their stuff. Staff was friendly on the date I attended and I was able to get all of the items I needed.

Initially posted a negative review on customer service, however, upon the owner seeing the review I was contacted immediately to discuss. The issues I experienced was not caused or under the control of Avanti, it was all with the supplier shipping. After my discussion with the Avanti, I see they have very high standards ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience. I would continue to support and shop at Avanti Sports in the future.
