I had an appointment at 1pm today. I made the appointment to get my rings cut off due to a swollen finger. The lady on the phone confirmed with the jeweller he would be able to do that. When we came in we were told this can not take place because of COVID. So we were a little confused in what changed in 24 hours from making the appointment and confirming with the jeweller. The lady told us to go to the hospital and was very rude. We ended up calling a another jeweller and they were happy to help us.

I am writing this review to implore others to visit Mark Lash before going anywhere else - you will not be disappointed! From their customer service, their competitive pricing and most importantly, the quality of their work, we couldn’t be happier with my ring! With only a few weeks before the holidays and a lockdown fast approaching, the Mark Lash team managed to get my dream ring back to us in time for Christmas Day. Diana deserves the biggest shout out for her attention to detail and dedication to every client’s vision - she really is the best! My fiancé and I felt like we were a part of every step in the process - this experience was truly special for the both of us and we will be returning in the near future.
Jewelry is way too overpriced. My mom purchased jewelry for my girlfriend and she didn't like the earrings. When I wanted to return the item, the lady was adamant on bringing her in so she can choose another jewelry piece. What she did not realize is that I found something else that my girlfriend liked for a far cheaper price and it was a brand name that's very well known (Chanel). They did not return my money so now I'm forced to have store credit that I probably will never use. They could have easily just given my money back and they decided not to.
Whether it’s a birthday or anniversary , a wedding or just because, Diana experience , expertise and time she has spent with us over the last 15 years is irreplaceable.
