I went to this montessori almost 7 years ago, and I loved it. Ms. Gabriella was very nice, and she always cared about her students. The other teachers, were just as nice, and I really enjoyed my time here. Hoping to stop by again one day!!

Ms. Gabriella is a wonderful educator who really cares about each and every one of her students. From day one, she has been extremely accommodating and communicates really well to parents what expectations are and what the rules of the school are. My daughter had a tough time transitioning out of a home daycare environment and Ms. Gabriella worked with our family to help our daughter feel more comfortable at school. Ms. Ruchira in particular was very attentive to our daughter and offered her a lot of support. Over our year at Shining Light, our daughter has learned a lot and surprised us daily with what she could do. At 4 years old our daughter is already starting to read, write short sentences and doing simple math. We can't thank the staff at Shining Light enough for their professionalism and high quality of care.
I truly recommend this school to any parent looking to prepare your kids to transition to grade school. The academic program is great and the teachers are patient and amazing with the kids. This school was amazing for my son. The teachers are all very caring and great with the kids. My son attended other schools and this was the only one that his confidence excelled and I could actually see his academic skills increasing. My comfort level with the school and the teachers was a definite 10. I am truly appreciative for their efforts and everything they taught Marlon. Keep up the great work ladies and take pride in your efforts the kids leaving your school definitely are getting a great start because of all of you. Thank you for the peace of mind while he was in your care.
We have been very happy with shining Light. Both of our kids went here and our older daughter just got a fabulous end of the year report in grade 1. They do lots of activities like a field trip, 2 concerts, special theme days and special lunches 1-2x a month. Shining Light is also more affordable than quite a few other preschools and Montessori’s in the area. They offer different options for attendance also which is great. And their camp in the summer is geared towards different fun activities as well as some learning. Don’t hestitate to sign your child up here. You won’t be disappointed!
I have been teaching Yoga & Movement at Shining Light Montessori since 2013. The school premises are always immaculate. The staff are professional and amazing. Children are given the opportunity to learn and excel in a small class ratio at their own pace. Would recommend Shining Light Montessori to parents seeking a well grounded foundation for their children.
