Last night I was at this Walmart to pick up my online order. My personal shopper was awesome. She was very friendly and professional. Walmart provided a refund because of an error on their side and she explained what happened and she got all my shopping list ready. I wish I knew her name to write it fown here. I’ve been a Walmart person, but with this curbside pick up service they offer, I would definitely recommend Walmart to all my friends and family! Thank you for taking care of me as a customer, I will take care of you too!

The product selection at Walmart is amazing but the size of the store makes you feel you are in an airline hanger.
I simply needed a security tag re moved and when purchasing the clerk didn't have the scissors. Yes scissors so I was directed to customer service. Just trying customer service is a joke cause there is none. An Asian fellow was rude behind the desk telling me he couldn't help me he was busy and I wait. The customer behind me was even mad at his response.i got help from a clerk in pharmacy who came to the customer service and told the fellow he was rude and then she took the scissors and cut off the security tag . This guy had been rude so many times I've been there and for no reason I'm sick of the poor service and rudness at the Maple Ridge location.
It's a Walmart and while I abhor their business practices their pricing is likely the best for most dry good and grocery you so get in Canada. This supercentre has the standard grocery, clothing, makeup, electronic, garden center and automotive you have come to expect. It also adds a medical clinic, pharmacy and travel. They have a customer service department located at the front. Service is quick with plenty of checkouts, stuff is clearly labeled so you can navigate the store easily. Parking is available from the mall but there are also bus stops nearby.
