We just completed a new pool on a full scale project that included demo, retaining walls, fencing, in-ground pool, pool house with all hookups, a creek, landscaping and plants. We were fortunate enough to have found Van De Poll Garden Design and Reinier early on, and his experience, planning, and communication landed him the job as designer and project manager. The completed project is simply stunning and it is impossible to imagine having done this without Reinier. All of his sub contractors were efficient and a pleasure to have on our property. Reinier is a easy to work with, is very well organized, works for the benefit of his clients and knows what he is doing. It was a major job, one that we were fearful to undertake, and its easy to see how 100 things could go wrong. I would recommend Reinier whole heartedly for any size landscape project.
Redesign of rear yard to make it a place where we want spend time. Reinier designed a relaxing venue, new grass, shrubs and flower garden with ... gurgling design. Guided installation and always available for discussion. Great!
It is an oasis in the middle of a busy city\, everyone says. We were reluctant to spend the money and invest in our home and our future here but Reiner was incredibly patient, gracious and with his great sense of humour got us through the project. He is an incredibly talented designer. We are waiting for the winter to wrap up and then all the plants will go in but even without the gardens the backyard is completely transformed and I cannot wait to share it with friends and family. I would not hesitate to recommend Van De Poll Garden Design to anyone considering a transformation of their space.
We met Reiner at the Home Show and were impressed by his obvious passion for landscape design. He was not pushy at all and his attention to the elements we wanted in our plan was excellent. We hired Reiner to do a comprehensive plan for our acreage and he exceeded our expectations. He also put us in touch with his trusted tradesmen which helped us immensely getting the project underway. Reiner's approach to landscape design is very much \old school\ which we really wanted. The final product was very comprehensive and user-friendly for the tradesmen.
