Unlike some salesmen I have dealt with he is not pushy at all and has your best interests in mind when helping you. He is very informative as to which tools are best for the work you will be doing and doesn’t try and sell you things you don’t need. Keep up the stellar work.

I am using Tyler Ross snap on dealer at mapleridge. When he sold tools, he said life time warranty on tools but when it's broken he changed his word...like..it only covers body or I have to use power tools for chrome so it's not covered...worst dealer I ever met... I don't understand how snap on company manages their dealer.
I'm hoping this is for Tyler Ross. If so he's the best Snap in guy out there! Very knowledgeable, can get anything and has helped me out if a bind many times. Woot woot for Tyler!
Great guy to deal with, and always has lots of stuff on the truck.
