Lovely creek side trail that is 1 kilometer in length. Trail is mostly shaded and is wet most of the year. Nice big beach area with fabulous views await after about a 15 minute stroll through the woods with minimal elevation changes and the sound of the rushing creek to accompany you.

North Beach Trail is only one (1) kilometer walk one way, a very easy walk, flat trail and great walk for all ages. At the end of the trail is a very picturesque lovely lake with a shadowy blue mountain as a backdrop as well as towering trees. There are no benches or picnic tables here because there is probably no need for it. Parking is FREE but be sure to lock up your vehicles because thieves visit beaches too. This is a very popular trail for dog walkers also.

Cute short trail to North Beach, following along Gold Creek to Alouette Lake. Beautiful emerald green creek. The trail is WET AND MUDDY, all year round. It is short (about 15 minutes), and little to no slope. It is a dirt trail and not completely flat (some roots and rocks). It's also quite narrow, and you will be unable to physical distancing more than a foot or two when crossing paths with other groups. You will encounter lots of people and many large groups.
