While Hershal, my normal physiotherapist, is great. The service I just received from Gordon was amongst the worst I've ever had. After arriving 5 minutes late, this clinic cancelled my appointment. FIVE minutes. But when I arrive on time and have to stand in the cold/rain for 3-5 minutes to be let in regularly, that's totally acceptable. Nor is the time added back to the clock. But I arrive 5 minutes late and you deem it REASONABLE to cancel an appointment rather than simply subtract 5 minutes worth of time?? I'll never return, nor will my family- who were also receiving treatment as of late. Terrible business and a glaring lack of CARE. You're a PHYSIO CLINIC.

Everyone here is great. I have a shoulder injury from a car accident and have been seeing Gordon Seow for physiotherapy and Naiana Naicu for Kiniseology. Both are friendly, informative, and encouraging. Gordon has educated me about the little postural changes I can make as preventative measures. Naiana has taken me from a person who hated to work out and worried about doing things wrong so someone who can now workout on my own with confidence. Highly recommend.

I go here to see Dr.Vegt and he has always been a joy. Not only do I feel more relaxed and less tense, I also get a great conversation along with it. Great service with a friendly family business atmosphere.

The office and staff and great. Cleaning and safety procedures in place since covid are great and make you feel protected. They are really good at helping you get better. 100% recommend giving it try.
