I had a small accident with my bumper on my car, and stopped by this Kirmac collisions to get a quote on a bumper job. Terry, the manager there, was able to squeeze me in and take a look. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind! Really listened to my needs and was able to polish my bumper and got it looking like new again! What a life-saver. The service here is absolutely incredible and the work just as good! I highly recommend this location to anybody. You wont be disappointed. In my opinion some of the best customer service around!
Our truck was hit in a parking lot by a forklift. Pros:These guys did a good job with the repair. They were very accommodating with helping us get our rental. Excellent customer service. Cons: They had to bring it back in to fasten some loose trim. Not a big deal, except that I noticed it, not them. I wonder what else they missed. It also cost me an extra 320 in replacement vehicle rental because they had it for 23 days, much longer than promised. Not sure exactly what the parts delay was, but I am 100% sure that this is not my fault.
I recently took my vehicle to Kirmac for repairs following an accident. All the staff are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me updated via text as repairs took longer due to holiday hours. I would not hesitate to recommend them!
