I had a very nice experience in this location, Tracy was very helpful and patient, I didn't have all the required documents and she helped me figure out what was missing and gave me enough information to get the missing part done quickly so I can still finish the process on the same day. They have plexiglass installed and they sanitize the area after every single customer, you also get to keep the pen you used to sign your documents, so customers are not sharing pens

We had the pleasure with corresponding with Garrin from the Maple Ridge, BC location. My business partner and I were in the process of starting a new brand and website studio called Foster Creative, we reached out to Johnston Meier Insurance to inquire on getting business liability insurance and Garrin graciously walked us through the entire process. From the very beginning he was extremely friendly and personable. There was a lot of terminology within the policy that we weren't familiar with, and he answered our questions using relatable examples to help us better understand. Garrin was extremely patient in assisting us with developing a quote that best fit our needs and we really appreciated that. When it came time to move forward with the quote, Garrin transferred us to his colleague, Sarah. She was very thorough, friendly and made the payment process efficient.
