I had a great experience with this company. I found them Very courteous and well organized and they were in and out with a job well done. I was really happy with the customer service they provided well after the job, Simon returned everyone of my calls promptly and answered everyone of my questions regarding the new heating equipment they installed.

We got a Bentley 42, and are very happy with the fireplace and the service. Simon did a great job! -Reponsive & prompt to answer calls and all questions -Very Helpful - Provides suggestions/considerations (i.e. future framing and tiling around the fireplace) -Ensures the job is done to the customer's satisfaction -Helped us get larger size driftwood (Bently 48 wood looks incredible) -Great price and great service In the end, Simon helped us achieve our desired look and we think it's amazing!

We have new born baby but the fireplace wasn't working. We called FlameCo thank God Simon squeezed his time and next noon visit us. Now is cozy warm home again!!!! What a pleasant company! Thanks a lot
