Ryan D. Never have I experienced arrogance to the point of being forgotten. What was discussed initially fell far short of the mark. Get things in writing and put on a time line. The discontent within the company, the excuses was all common occurrences when trying to contact Andrea and the few times when I did speak with Andre they ended up being either misleading and nonfactual. Lastly, if you have a better experience thus far watch for the cost, to inflate the pricing all to make things look better by discounting at the end is a joke! Not a recommended accountant. If anyone needs better clarification, I am open to discussing this in detail...
