We are so appreciative for Nicolae's extraordinary service! A few weeks ago, we had the exterior paint for our trim done. They had power washed the entire house before they started. For some reason, there is a hot water tap outside at the back of our house. The painters used it. Well a few days later, we had a leak as the existing poly-b couldn't handle it. We had a few quotes to change the entire house to PEX. The companies had great ratings and with that had exorbitantly high prices. We simply couldn't afford it, especially after paying the painters. We were considering just fixing the leak. One of the companies we asked couldn't access the pipe. They told us to hire a general contractor to locate the exact location of the leak and remove anything from its obstruction. My husband found one, and they worked on it immediately. He asked them if there was anyone they would recommend for repiping the house and that's how we found Nicolae! All I have to say is THANK GOODNESS we hired him. His work is above and beyond good! It is beautiful! He was so methodical with the cuts into the drywall to make it easier for drywall repairs. We have an old jetted tub in the mastersuite. He noticed the access point to the motor without me telling him. (I had to tell the other companies). He is so intelligent and such a nice guy...one of the nicest I've ever met. We will definitely hire him if we have future work like getting rid of that awful tub! Thank you so much, Nicolae! And please thank your family for being understanding while you worked so hard on our house. We really appreciated it more than you know.
