I have used Bernie as my boat mechanic for around 20 years (maybe even more - not sure of the exact dates) He has always been honest and fair. I have recommended him to many friends and all feedback to me has always been very positive. When you find a good mechanic you stick with him and Bernie is a great mechanic.
Bernie is a good guy. I brought him a boat that turned out to be one of those nightmare scenarios. The motor ended up needing a lot more work than he could ever have known, and although it was a very frustrating experience for me, he had the integrity to follow through even if it meant he'd lose money on the project.
