Charging over double the price amazon is asking. Friend Bought a case and 5 minutes later tried to return and was denied. I do not recommend shopping there.

Customer service experience was pleasant as staffs were quite helpful. Prices are also reasonable as compared to other stores. They offer phone accessories along with services like phone repairs which was quick. Overall I would recommend this place for a positive experience.
