I just purchased a NV200 at this location and had a very pleasant experience! After signing up online I promptly received a return call from Alex. Upon meeting I was greeted with friendly professionalism and hospitality. We went for a test drive where he demonstrated the upmost knowledge and expertise. During negotiations he maintained a friendly and pressure free atmosphere, helping me finalize my decision! I then met with the finance manager Omar whom also treated me with the same friendly professionalism and hospitality. He went through all the options and packages that were available to me while patently taking time to answer all my questions. He was very clear and concise when explaining and answering everything with no pressure at all. Thank you Alex, Omar and the team at Maple Nissan for such a great experience!

Buying a car is an experience, which greatly depends on the place where you buy and the people who help in the process. Thankfully for me i found the perfect place in Maple Nissan, I had went there after shortlisting the best deal I found online, but to my surprise the options which were available there, beat my deal by some margin. I am specially thankful to Rahul squares . Rahul Nagpal for helping in choosing the perfect car for my needs and my budget and Rahul Puri for explaining and facilitating and not exploiting the financial aspect of the purchase. Mr. Nagpal was very knowledgeable and patient and explained the tiniest details possible. He accommodated my bizarre timings both on the day when I went for the test drive and also on the date when I took the delivery. Thank you so much.
I leased an SUV here in August of last year. To say that the service beyond the initial selection was poor would be an incredible understatement. It started with a small thing - not putting my own plates on the vehicle as initially offered. Many invalid excuses were offered for this, but no apologies, no action, and no resolution. In the end, I did all the work to fix this. I incurred all of the costs to fix this. Calls and emails were not returned despite escalating this to the general manager. I can't count the hours I spent trying to resolve this issue. I can count theirs easily - none. No effort at customer service was made at all. As someone with extensive experience in sales and service, my first action would have been to go and personally resolve the issue - something which would have taken perhaps two hours, and left a very happy and satisfied customer, along with a 5-star review. I'm leaving a single star because there's no option to leave less than that. Were a negative-star review possible, I'd leave that. I'm incredibly happy with the vehicle. I wouldn't touch this dealer with a ten-foot pole. There is no service ethic whatsoever, and no interest in developing this. I am appalled.
This is what I call a 110% experience! Great service! Lowest price! Very helpful team! Way Beyond my expectations! What an amazing team! \Hamed\ made me feel like family! I never had an experience this good and top level when buying a car! He walked me through all the options, pros and cons for every damn model we test drove! Which honestly was a lot! I've never been able to test drive more than 2 cars at once. He did everything for us to be able to make the right decision! Thank you very much!
