I've been bringing my three kids here for 5 years and I'll never go anywhere else. Today my 3 year old woke up excited to go to the dentist! The staff are kind, treat kids with respect and of course, are really great dentists and hygienists! The office staff are super patient and are genuinely invested in my families health. Thank you to everyone there for creating a wonderful environment that we all look forward to going to!

So friendly. I LOVED how the team spoke to my 5 year old daughter directly, making her feel important and comfortable. She loved the TVs with movies and everyone was so kind. My daughter was all smiles during her consultation for a tooth extraction and even handled the first time for x rays well without me needing to encourage her as the team was just so personal to her. Great place.

Very friendly, professional staff, each and everyone of them. They are amazing with kids, fun, upbeat, and a very clean environment. Reasonable prices, minimal wait, quality work. I’ve been taking my daughter there for years, they have done a fantastic job on her teeth, and it has always been a pleasant experience for both my daughter and myself. I would definitely recommend Dental Works 4 Kids!

Took my 6yr. Old due to some work that requires general anesthesia. The examining dentist performed a quick look over (was billed for full examination) and then I was told that a dental plan will be emailed to me later. They also booked the anesthesia and procedure appointment right there on the spot. X-rays were not taken, and didn't explain or go over anything. The dental plan was emailed, however no one called or booked an appointment to go over it and address any concerns or explanations or give any options. How could a dental plan be formulated and procedure booked, without any X-rays or proper explanation of what needs to be done?? I called and asked for explanations and was told someone will call back....I didn't get any call backs. The only time I had someone call me back and try to explain anything is when they found out that I'm filing a complaint with the RCDSO. My experience was very unpleasant and I found them to be unethical and dishonest.

Dr. Biner is an amazing dentist and does everything to ensure that my children have a good experience during their appointment. He is very knowledgeable, professional and has an excellent demeanour when explaining things. Highly recommend!
