Stopped in for the 1st time on the weekend for some juice as it was closest place to home in Greely. Had some good 15 deals on discontinued stock. Young guy was very helpful, knew his stuff. Even threw in a 3/4 full 60ml sampler bottle for free when I bought a 30 Aspire top.
Usually I check my prices before purchasing however I was in a rush today and did not check. Bought some coils and they were 10 each or 30 for pack of 3. OUCH but I was in a rush and so purchased them. Got home to find out I can get the same 3 pack for 19.50 elsewhere in Ottawa. Called the store and asked if I could return the coils if not opened. Be said as long as they are not opened I can return them. I said great. He asked if he could ask why I wanted to return them. Once I told him why his story changed to sorry all sells are final but I can exchange them for something else if you like. Will never return to this store again.
Friendly staff. Legitimate products. Bought my new unit there, and asked a lot of questions that were answered well. Having a lot of knowledge of these things myself from friends/family members who use them, I know what's important and what's not, and I didn't get the impression that i was being 'sold to/up-sold'. The teller was friendly, and quite honest about what I should start with, experiment with, and move onto if I liked it. I mentioned that I'm (*was) a smoker that's looking to quit smoking cigarettes, and the proper product/dosage/rig was demonstrated to me. Overall, it was about 30.00 less than I was expecting to pay, but I wasn't really sure what to expect going in, to be honest. Lounge-like atmosphere is pretty cool. For the record, I have moved on from cigarettes from the first day I bought this thing, so that's cool. I was skeptical that it would actually help eliminate the need for cigarettes, but it most definitely does. Savings are pretty unreal. I've used about 1/4 of my bottle in the last week, which already saves me about 40-60.00/week on cigarettes (depending on brand - i.e. *Canadian Classic : 14.68/pack). So, I guess in about two weeks, this thing will have paid itself off in terms of savings, and at that point I should have a half bottle left, so then I would start legitimately saving money (if my math is right...). Also, being told, \That smells good\ feels a lot better than, \Someone stinks like cigarettes\, so that's neat. The caveat here is that I'm already tempted to get another flavor, which might factor into how much one actually saves if the habit continues. Will be returning, for sure.
