Unlike the other reviews posted, my experience with this garage has not been a good one. The staff certainly come across as pleasant at first, telling you what you want to hear, but expect your snowmobile to be in the shop longer than you would expect, particularly if you are not from the area. As a customer, I could not shake the feeling that everyone else seemed to be the priority. Where most stores do a diagnosis within 2 business days then order parts, this garage took a week and a half to order a part for my snowmobile during the peak snow season. I can understand delays in getting a part, but not on diagnosing and ordering the part. When I questioned the length of time in a phone call, the mechanic actually yelled at me over the phone because I was questioning their approach. I would also note that they are not good at keeping customers apprised of progress and not responsive in returning calls. In hindsight, I should have realized something was amiss when the garage took 1 month to prepare my snowmobile for the winter season, citing backlog in post-season boat maintenance. My fault for going back a second time, but I wanted to support the local economy. I don't doubt the workload, however they certainly were not forthcoming with the amount of time it would take. They just kept stalling week after week when I would call. Another warning flag; the business closed it's doors and is now operating out of the owners garage at home. I'll happily update this post should my observations of the service level change in the future, however given my personal experience, I would not recommend using the garage.

Une entreprise familiale , Sa fait déjas 3 fois que je fais réparé mes équipement ,Artic Cat chez eux ,le service est hors pair , des gens tres sympatiques ,autant ,vente,service ,mécanique , les prix sont plus que raisonable , je recommande tres fortement ,
J'ai acheté mon VTT de marque Arctic Cat à cet endroit et j'en suis très satisfait. Propriétaire est mécanicien sympathique.
