I always try to support local business whenever it's possible and I try my best not to leave a negative review. However, from my overall experience with Lemira, they certainly don't deserve more than one star. I am wondering why the school has not fired them to save parents' time and energy from dealing with such company. 1. Quality issue: the pants we received fell apart on the 1st day of school. 2. Bad customer service: we went to the store to exchange some of the uniforms. Their boss denied our request and insisted that we remove the tags ourselves. But actually some of uniforms arrived without tags, which were probably lost during shipment. We tried to explain that the uniform came without tags but their boss screamed that we should stop talking. 3. Credibility: we pointed out that we didn't receive one dress and showed them the order that we placed online. One staff checked the order in their computer and told us that the dress was sent out already along with other uniforms. Then we had to show them the receipt and they check in their computer again. All in a sudden, they said it's our lucky day as they just received the dress in the warehouse and we can pick up the dress right away. Later they took away our receipt saying they would send me a new receipt. However, so far it's been more than two months and I have not received the new receipt yet. 4. Inefficiency: our appointment was scheduled at 9h30 and we spent 2 hours to make the exchange. Throughout the whole process, we are the only customer in the store. It was such a dramatic experience to deal with this company and we wish we don't have to deal with them in the future because it's full of terrible customer experience and lies. What I dislike most is their disrespect for customer's time.

Rude phone agents. Completely unhelpful staff. False information on delivery items and date. COVID is not an excuse - all businesses are dealing with hardship during this time and are at least accommodating and respectful. Their answer to any question is \call your school for information - they are the ones that signed the contract with us\. Other schools have received their uniforms in time. Unfortunately, as parents, our hands are tied and are forced to deal with them due to the school's poor choice of company. Response to the \owner's\ comment: I did call customer service. I was able to get a line through three times over the last 2 weeks. The inconsistencies among the staff are remarkable.

Horrible website, brutal customer service, I have no idea why any school would choose to force parents to have to deal with this company. There must be a better way to order uniforms. They clearly haven't figured it out.
