I had such an amazing experience here with the help of Donna! She was so lovely and humble. I spent over an hour figuring out what concealer would work for me and she was so patient with me even while working on the floor alone with other customers on the floor.

I could give this store a quick ten stars because the manager was fantastic she attended my needs respectfully while following a safety covid protocol, Stacey was very passionate with her job and she didn't intimate me at all or make me feel like I was there just to waste her time.superb costumer service.... on the other hand the 1st staff that I approached made me feel so low and sad I mean really sad and hurt.

Went there yesterday and the employees are sooo nice. They will guild you around the store and answer all of your concerns. You can look around by yourself and they will check on you once in a while. Very good costumer service

I came in to buy eyeshadows and I was assisted by Ava. I’m not too knowledgeable about make up and she was kind enough to help me select the right shades, show me how to apply them, she even did my make up and gave me a chart explaining how to recreate it. It was an amazing experience that changed the way I feel about buying make up. I will definitely be back!

Mercedes and the other girls working today were amazing. So friendly, knowledgeable with products and provided great service. I came in for one item and ended up leaving with 3! I don't say this lightly coz I've never had a good customer experience with Mac anywhere in the world. Keep it up girls :)
