Painted my boat and did an fantastic job. I was especially impressed to get a photo showing the progress on my boat. Perfect colour match on time and on Budget. Thanks to Scott and his crew. I used to own a limousine service and Scott painted all my cars. Very Highly recommend!

Took my car for body work. The one week turn around time ended being 3 & one half weeks. No updates unless I call. Finally I got back the car. Quality was less than acceptable. A bumper was not installed properly leaving a quarter of an inch gap between it and the rest of the car body. I was in hurry so I took the car and when I returned the week after and I pointed the defected, the first response was (this is from a different accident). Eventually they admitted it was their fault and did another poor quality work trying to fix it. Will never be back to that place. I really do not recommend it.
Great service, high quality work with super knowledgeable staff always willing to explain what needs to be done and why. Delivered on time, as promised, looking shiny, clean and new again. Been going there for almost 20 years and have brought all our cars and mini-vans there for whatever repairs and painting that was required. We've have had major insurance work done there a few times and have also had them fix the occasional self-inflicted dent, cracked bumper, smashed fog light and once even replace a mirror that went missing in a parking lot (who does that and doesn't leave a note!?) Their work has always held up very well over time - no issues of any kind. Would highly recommend!!
My wife and I were very pleased with the way were treated from the "get-go". It was our first time needing the services of a Body Shop and we decided to visit this Maaco location because we had seen ads on TV for Maaco (Canada and US) and this location was in our neighborhood. Scott Dance (owner) met with us, reviewed our Van and prepared an estimate. He made us feel welcome, told us about his business and how he and his team work, had photos of other customer's results etc. He explained the entire process to us including what our Insurance would want / need and answered all our questions. The process of getting a rental vehicle for the duration of our Van being down was also taken care of. When we picked up our Van we were more than pleased - it was repaired and painted so it looked like the day we purchased it. They even washed it and vacuumed inside. We would not hesitate to recommend Scoot and his Team to anyone needing Body Shop services - they really delivered 100% service and work for us - thanks again Scott and Team.
Love the place and the service. They really know and understand the mechanism of the accident and what needs to be done to fix it, not just "painting over the problem". I have been back several times and will always bring my business back to them. We have had several estimates and always go back. Costs are reasonable and you get what you pay for.
Went for a quote with appointment but manager made me wait for 20 min. Asked for their 550 paint job posted in their offcie. But manager said h cannot do that or anything else. The quote he gave was 5000 minimum. Not sure whats the plan, whether to gain customer or throw away customers. Looks like this place is purely for insurance claims to charge maximum dollars.
I came in for an estimate on fixing a fist-sized dent (had to be repaired and painted). I was quoted 840 by the manager. I drove around in the area and found a place that would do the work (and they've done it quite well) for 350. I can't speak to the quality of Maaco's work ( and if you are going through insurance and don't care about cost they may be a fit for you) but their pricing is outrageous for someone paying out of pocket. Drive around and get different estimates if you don't want to be gouged.
Excellent customer service, great communication regarding timelines and what was required to make my vehicle look like new again!
