We had such a great experience with the entire team at M&K and we highly recommend them if you’re looking for a modular home! Kelly and the girls in the office were always inviting, and patient with us spending many hours figuring out our custom designs! The team that hauled out the modular was fantastic. There was a couple of small things in the house that got mixed up but James and Randy were quick to get them sorted out without questions! Ed, the contractor did a fabulous job correcting the mix up for us and we couldn’t be happier! The quality is second to none and we have had so many compliments on the house! We can’t thank the team at M&K enough! If you’re in the market for a beautiful, great quality, triple M home - make sure to check them out!!

Everything that was promised came true. They are a fantastic company. James and bev were great to deal with. They went above and beyond. I Highly recommend them. We have lived in our new home since June of 2017 and have had very few issues. They were repaired very quickly with one call. Thanks again guys
