Great service and selection. It's a smaller Home Hardware so not everything might be available right away but they can order items in and they do it quickly. Even in the middle of a global pandemic, they are 100 times better than Home Depot. Call HH with a question and you get an answer. Order something for delivery and we get it promptly at our door. We ordered a ladder from Home Despot for delivery and after more than a month we are still waiting for the order to be canceled - we gave up on expecting the delivery, seems they have no idea where it is, despite already taking our money, thank you very much. On top of that awful service, trying to contact them is a nightmare. (Ordering a similar ladder from Lyndhurst had it delivered within a week). The four star rating is because of their limited hours. This is a rural location, so you have to expect some differences compared to a hardware store in the city. Big box stores might carry a lot of things, but try to find help from staff, let alone try to find what you're looking for. Lyndhurst has become our go-to hardware store.
