my friend and I went to Lush to check out more environmentally-friendly products, but we've never shopped there before. Mark was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about products, and gave us samples of the products that he recommended to us. He listened to our own individual hair concerns and gave us an outline of a routine that would work for us. Having good staff is really good respresentation of your company, and provides great service to your customers. I will definitely be shopping here soon.

Love the tea tree facial mist, the “dirty” solid perfume, and the shimmer heart shaped body bronzer - Always smells so amazing in these stores and staff are very helpful - Alisha was amazing so helpful to the group of us - catering to all of our needs and answering all of our questions !
I always go in for the bath bombs. I have a love hate relationship with this place because they always tell me the special bombs and i want to buy them all! You guys always have my money i love the workers there they are so kind and inviting and remembered me after 1 visit will be back again!
I’ve been to many Lush locations, and they’ve all been great - however, this is by far my favourite! The staff make the store experience worth the trip vs online ordering. They’re well educated on product and ingredients, so I never doubt a recommendation they’ve made. They maintain the perfect balance between professional and friendly, easy to have a conversation with, they’re tuned in and present during so which can be difficult to find in retail! Highly suggest checking it out and spoiling yourself with a few goodies!

I love this place its very inviting and smells sooo good! I'm so glad it didn't end up shutting down! The staff are all super friendly and very knowledable about the products they are selling. They do a fantastic job!
I love all the smells and the natural take on beauty and bath products they have. I've been buying my perfume from them for 10 years now. Very knowledgeable staff. A little pricey but nice as a "treat" every now and then. I recommend karma products, lemony flutter body butter, any of the face masks, the french kiss bath bomb, and the feeling younger skin tint for an eyelid primer before you shade your eyelids.
