Lush stores are all over the place, so they are pretty well known. I’ve not bought much here because their products often smell too fragrant for my tastes. However, I do like the look of the store and its fun energy. Staff members will tell you that some plant extract mask does wonders for the skin – I don’t think there is really any evidence behind most of their claims re: the effectiveness of their products. But, for me, if you want to pamper yourself with cool bath products and the novelty of what you smell/see floats your boat they go for it and spend your money on Lush products. They have a cool business philosophy … against animal testing, handmade products, reduce landfill but limited packaging, etc. so that may encourage you to buy stuff here.

The people that work here are great! The odd time they're out of the face mask I wanted, but the staff are always friendly and explain when the next product shipment will be in so I don't make another unnecessary trip down. In all the times I've been there, I don't think I've ever had an unpleasant experience. I also love the values of the company and that they support charities and try to reduce on waste as best they can. But seriously. The staff here make all the difference.

Bath bombs are awesome, but pricey. Some have too much dye/additives for my taste. Love the honey soap - amazing smell!
