Amazing Staff, great experience! Kudos to Dave for being so accommodating. Pilots makes sure that you are ready for your flight. Orientation is also great. If you haven’t tried this yet, I highly recommend that you try this. They also accept students who wants to learn paragliding. See you next time!

Freedom Flight School is a must if you want to experience flight from the sky. I came here for a tandem with a friend and came back a week later to get certified. Dave and Don were really flexible with my schedule and the community at the school and flight park is like non other. I highly recommend Dave and the crew at Freedom Flight School for either a tandem or getting your p2. When you come fly, be sure to say hi to me at the flight park!
Amazing experience! Freedom Flight School wasn't a traditional school experience, it was so much better. The two instructors, Dave & Don are awesome guys who seem to be doing this mostly for their love of flying. The schedule is flexible, the atmosphere amazing and the instruction is top-notch. Everything is very low-key and low pressure, with the ability to learn in your schedule for a fixed price. They have no rush to get you out the door (or off the launch!) and believe that you're not ready to launch (or graduate) until you feel you're ready. Their feedback is positive and encouraging and they know Paragliding like nobody else. I decided to do my P1 & P2 in one long sprint, spending approximately 15 days with them over a 20 day period. Despite some setbacks (mainly me losing my nerve) they were always there for support, patient and understanding. I completed my training, was certified and left with a feeling that I was well prepared for the sport. Other students were doing classes one to two days a week or in 5 day blocks and it was all fluid and flexible. They've built a great culture and in excited to go back and fly with these guys again. A, would fly again!
We had an incredible day at the Flight School! Neither myself nor my partner had ever flown before and decided to take the beginners paragliding lesson, which included several hours of instruction on the ground and a tandem flight with the instructor. Right from the beginning of the day, we were impressed with the passion of the instructors and the great vibe at the school. These guys know what they're doing - and everything is about safety and skill, which made us feel super comfortable trying out a sport which to us, at the beginning of the day, seemed extreme. By the end of the day, we realized that with instructors like the guys at the school, paragliding could probably be one of the most relaxing things you do with your time. You can tell the team is there to pass on their excitement for flying and grow the community of gliders. HIGHLY recommend checking them out. I can't wait to come back next year and get my certification!!
I did the Intro to Paragliding package in July, which is a few hours of ground work learning to work the sail and a tandem flight. Dave and crew are amazing. Super professional, all the gear was in great shape, incredibly knowledgeable, and very passionate about the sport. The tandem flight was amazing; Lumby is a beautiful spot to fly! Highly suggest at least a tandem flight if not simply as check on your bucket list.
