Extremely wide range of laminate, vinyl planks, hardwood, not just in design and look but also pricing. Great service. We looked around at various places and found this was the best.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me around the showroom and helped me understand the benefits of each type of flooring they have. Vinyl, tile, laminate, hardwood, and engineered hardwood. Even helped me plan my stairs and what I needed to know.
Extremely disappointed. Although the manager of the store was nice, his promises about installation were never fulfilled. I purchased the floor and went back to get baseboards, window casings and quarter rounds. I told him I needed I needed all of that installed. I was given a price, paid and was told the services was guaranteed. The installer (from Wall to Wall Flooring contracted by Lumber Liquidators) showed up and said he knew nothing about having to install baseboards or window casings (!!!). I showed him the receipt. He ended up installing, but was moody and was taking his frustration out on me. He had to come back to do the baseboards and window casings. He was not happy and did a terrible job. Not to mention that they damaged the paint in the basement that had been freshly painted. Given his attitude I did not even mention that. He was supposed to come back to repair the areas of poor installation. This was a month ago. He never returned.

It was so easy to buy with them, they offered us everything from installation to a 30 day Money back Guarantee on the difference, if it goes on sale for less. The selection that is offered is amazing! Most of the order was in stock but we did have to wait for the matching moldings to finish the job off.
We bought 2 floors of brazillian cherry hardwood. Beautiful product throughout. Very helpful staff made our overall experience 5star
