Everybody in the store is extremely friendly and helpful. Product sold is excellent quality. I got very good service and advice. Project was finalized and looks beautiful. I needed a floor in the basement, sturdy enough for a heavy treadmill. I am happy with the results and strongly recommend the store.

I am a DIY guy and went to this location for materials several times. All materials I got are of great quality -- hardwood I bought ranged from 50 to 100 years warranty for example. People are friendly and helpful.
Definitely the best place to go get your flooring materials. I got the cheapest laminate for a room and the quality is still wayyyyyyy better than the pricier ones from other major Reno stores like Home Depot/ Lowe’s. I think paul(?) was the one who served me and he was really friendly and helpful. And the other guys in store are always friendly and helpful too whenever I call.

We were first time homebuyers, had no experience of choosing the flooring. We had so many questions in mind and each one of it was explained with good knowledge by Ashok at the Mississauga outlet. Now I can select by myself, that's the level of knowledge I got. We are happy with the overall service and experience rendered by lumber liquidators flooring and Ashok. Hope to see again.
Don't buy from this company. They refused for returning unopen boxes of remaining hardwood floor even they promised to take any extra remaining back.
I recently purchased my flooring from these guys. The service was excellent, J.L. and the team went beyond my expectations. They helped me select the kind of floor I wanted, the product came in on time and the flooring was exactly what I wanted. Just as one example of their customer service... I needed floor vents to match the wood, and when J.L. found that they did not have any in stock, he drove all the way to Stoney Creek to pick up the vents for me. They arrived at the store 2 days later. I will recommend lumber liquidators in Mississauga to everyone. Best prices and excellent services. Thank you!
Wonderful place; awesome people. The young manager, and his(not much older) team, are out to impress. The products are neatly displayed. The floor is squeaky clean. And the shop lighting is perfect. I can't see anyone, contractors or general public, walking out without a smile after having been given top of the order service. A visit to the premises is highly recommended.
