Most terrible experience at check in Lagos Nigeria. I had extra baggage which I could not pay for online. The NAHCO staff Taiwo Samson is just being over zealous about every item and weight check. Only Nigerian bank cards or USD cash was permitted in paying. All the staff are not compassionate , nobody to empathize with you. Everyone was after pay pay and the amount to pay is outrageous, charging almost double what other airlines charge for excess baggage. In all, I spent about 5hrs to check in. The trip from Canada to Nigeria at the Frankfurt to Lagos flight was also very uncomfortable. The flight was packed completely full and the trip is so unbearable for such an international flight.

Almost two months of cancelled flight and no refund yet, they said that time it will take 10 business days. I am shocked their helpline was awesome and now every time I call after 1-2 hour wait call drops. Pathetic service. I regret, that I bought another ticket from this Airline after cancelling. Looks like this is the last time I will use this airline. What shocked me after 5 days of email complaint, never replied back for refund. My case number is 34356650.
One of the Worst Airlines You can use , always in mess , even handling complaints from clients are not up to standards , missing bags , Handling clients it like trying to offer cheapest service to get most profit .
Lufthansa was a symbol of excellence and known for its service and punctuality. Sadly, they are not following it now, I missed my important meeting because of 2:30 hours delay. What made it worse was their \call attendant\ button is just a show off, you can only use it as a lamp because no body comes even you press it repeatedly. I recommend to use other flight other than lufthansa.
If I could give less stars to this so called airline I would!!! This company is scamming all their costumers by holding on to the refunds! My flight was cancelled two month ago and I have received 0 dollars back!!! Terrible costumer service (my calls were dropped 4 times today) and their so called supervisors who cannot give any answers to the costumers as to where is my refund???
