I cannot stress enough.. but if you are in doubt or nervous about laser, please don’t. You can blindly trust this place to make you feel comfortable. My first session was a made super easy. The manager Dimple is very informative and extremely welcoming. She gives very good advise on what products to use to look after your body post laser sessions. I’m looking forward to experience and results post my package is done. I highly recommend this place and will tell all friends in need about them. Fay was my technician and she was very gentle. She made sure I didn’t feel awkward and kept my mind off the idea of what was going on. I walked into this place to get my eyebrows done while going grocery shopping and Dimple helped me with the whole set up. She is super nice and friendly. Also side note:: she gives really good advice on how to look after your body. So if in doubt, please don’t worry.. you will be in perfectly capable hands.

I came here at 2 Steeles avenue for undereye fillers and the doctor was called to come do the injections and he was late. The filler they used is Amalian SF24 which was a very cheap filler for what I paid. They charged me about 700. At first it was nice but after only 2 months it became hard and lumpy and bumpy and started to bruise. I came back and asked the indian lady at reception if he could fix it and she said no because it has been over 6 months so I have to pay again to get it dissolved with hyaluronidase. The numbing injection really hurt. They are so money hungry and WAY overpriced.Now I have hard bumps under my eye and I have to pay 220 at another place every time to dissolve it and I have to keep coming back because first time we couldn't get them all dissolved again and now I have to pay 220 again at the other clinic. I called to try and ask what to do to get help and she said I'll call you from another line and hung up and then she never called me back and I kept calling and she wouldn't pick up. We tried to search the doctor's name who did the injection at the other clinic with the nurse and we couldn't find him so he's clearly not a real doctor. This was about a year ago but they are so difficult to get a hold of. Dissolution should be included in the price if complications occur.
The Lucie me spa that is beside the BSO store, offers really nice and effective treatments. I've done my laser here and saw the amazing result. The staff are super nice and informative. Dimple assisted me through my treatment and is an absolute trustworthy person. Recommended for sure.
Such a nice place to get my treatments done! I started getting amazing results after second session of Laser hair removal treatment. Wanted to do something suitable for my skin concern, did the treatment recommended by them and my skin feels fabulous now. Using some of their products which are enhancing my skin's beauty day by day. Very knowledgeable staff, I feel lucky to have them! Would highly recommend this place!
I love this place! I got amazing results after just a few treatments. The NEW lasers they have doesn't hurt at all! I also got their new oxygen facial and i loved it! so relaxing and my face was glowing after!! Can't wait to go back for my next appointment
