Carlos is lighting is the BEST! So beyond helpful went way above and beyond lighting. The whole store is so helpful and knowledgeable. There seems to be a worker in every Isle waiting to help. They are friendly and actually seem like they like their jobs. I never, on all of my trips during our whole house renovation, had to search out a worker. Also! The selection is the best and prices too. During this renovation we went to all three large home stores. None of them compare to this store. They made everything very easy. Returns went really well too! They were also helpful when we forgot masks on one trip. Thank you Lowe's, we will be back even though you are on the opposite end of town and we literally have a home Depot and Rona across the street.

I believe her name was Tammy it started with a T I know. She helped me out in the appliance area she did an amazing job as showing us everything we wanted to know and she was very knowledgeable on the appliances. As well she was able to price match my dishwasher. Very happy with the service. Thanks
Ordered online and used curbside pickup. Website was easy to use. Searched out what I wanted and easily ordered and paid. Chose curbside pickup and chose a convenient time from the menu. Parked in the designated stall when I arrived, called the number posted on the parking sign and less than 5 minutes later my order was at the car. Totally positive experience.

My hubby and I went to the store to purchase a snow blower at the beginning of winter. We were helped by Mithun and Dean. Mithun was very patient through our decision making process. And Dean was so thorough in explaining the pros and cons of each brand and machine. We left the store with much more confidence in our purchase and incredible knowledge. The best thing is that Dean isn't even in sales. He is in assembly and yet he took time to come out and explain everything for us on request. We then went back to the store again a few days ago to purchase a lawn mower. And Dean recognized us, came over, again took time to explain the product and even helped us load it in the car. He is the greatest asset to Lowes. I hope he is recognized for his passion for service. Just because of Dean we will be back to the store.

Deplorable customer service. Ordered cabinets for delivery to a rental property. I was clear when I ordered I wanted them all delivered at once because the suite was going through a full reno. They were delivered with 2 cabinets missing. Nobody called to tell me they were missing 2 and nobody told the delivery people this......always check your delivery! After multiple phone calls (shuffled between deliveries and kitchen cabinets multiple times) I finally had the manager look into. He said they would arrive in a few weeks. After multiple calls again trying to confirm if they arrived, I was told they would be delivered on a Saturday. I lined up my installers for that afternoon. The cabinets were not delivered. I called again and spoke with someone in receiving. He assured me the cabinets were in and he was loading them into a van to deliver them right away. I already sent the installers home but I drove across the city again to meet the delivery people. After driving across the city i received a call again saying they actually didn't have one of the cabinets. I decided to buy the missing cabinet at another store but still needed the one they had and said I would pick it up. When I showed up to pick up that cabinet they brought out the wrong one. Then went back and brought out another wrong one. Apparently they didn't have the cabinet in stock they said they were losing into the van to deliver 2 days prior. 14 phone calls 4 wasted trips across the city, 1000 in lost payments to installers and I still don't have the cabinet. Nothing but utter incompetence. The manager even had the nerve to tell me it was my fault for not calling him back directly instead of going on the information he provided me and speaking with the customer service folks. . Stay as far away from this store as possible!
