One bad apple... I was having a great experience here until the last step of what should have been a regular purchase. The cashier asked if I needed assistance with my order. I accepted. The packages were bulky and difficult to manage in -40c frigid weather. The guy she asked to help me took one look at me and the packages and said those are not heavy, I am not helping him. Note it took two guys to get them down from the racks in the store. I managed get them on my truck with a kind hand from a total stranger. No thanks to you awful Lowe's worker.

Love this clean friendly store.the guy in plumbing was very knowledgeable and helped with our needs.the manager Jeff went above and beyond and the cashier was friendly and courteous.this made our shopping day great. If you need something,give them a try folks.

Not usually a fan of these big stores, especially Rona because it takes so long to find someone to help. There was a lady, Kathy, from the CrossIron location in appliances. My mother went to her not once, not twice but literally 4 times in the span of 2 weeks and this lady was so kind, so helpful and incredibly patient and helped my mom get a great deal on new appliances saving us hundreds of dollars. I have no idea how Kathy was so patient with my mother but she deserves a medal (if you ever meet her you'll know what I mean :)). Thank you!

My second choice over the other big name but def a place I come to and will return to. Would love it if they had the ability to do returns without receipt like the other guy does so incredibly well... So convenient to not have to carry receipts on you all of the time. We have the technology afterall.
