Paid for Feb 16. Ready pickup they 17. Time pickup ask for 18 No! Got 19. One hour drive. No curbside pickup. No signs. Talked to 6 people 40ims later got my pickup. One hour drive home. WO! 4 days for something in stock

Just had the best customer service experience by far.. We were here to shop for bathroom vanity tops and had the pleasure to be helped by Dave H in the plumbing dept. His knowledge and helpfulness far exceeded our expectations.. Will definitely be looking for Dave in the future for our plumbing needs. Thanks Dave !!!

Bought dangerous tiki torches here. They immediately caught on fire, despite instructions followed (see photo). Could have lost my house! Also, ordered a shed at the end of May. A month later, heard nothing. Emailed customer service. Two weeks pass, no response. Phoned customer service. Waited an hour to talk to someone. Agent could not help, but said email folks would definitely get back to me within the next day or so. Asked if I could get a call back in case I didn't hear back from email folks. Said yes of course, scheduled call back. Email folks still didn't get back, no call back. Close to two months since ordering, tweeted at Lowe's. Finally, was answered, asked to direct message. Did, and a few days later email agent got back to me to say it would be shipped. Received shed 2.5 months after purchasing. I know it's a pandemic and stuff is crazy, but they should not be selling things if they can't fulfill the orders or provide customer service. Yikes
