It is a friendly branch but the wait times are unbelievable. Every time I have been in this branch people have walked out after 10 min. "financial advisors" are only interested in selling options and plans but answering general questions and looking out for the best interests of a 20 year customer fit outside of the mandate. I will no longer go to this branch, and prefer other locations if it cant be done online. Td is making it hard to keep my banking needs with them...

Why can they not update your account book in the printer. They are quick enough to give you an 81/2x11 sheet of paper with all your transactions on it. They change their minds weekly, panic does that I guess. Being cautious yes for sure, overkill is getting old. Maybe we should withdraw everything from the bank as they are so timid. Enjoy EI.

This is definitely the worst TD branch anywhere in Canada, and I've lived across country from coast-to-coast. Teller did not even know how to read the statements or balance sheets and said I owed them money when the balance was zero. Then another teller did not know how to get me the right form and worse still, guess the response. People here are nice enough but they are so poorly trained; or just don't feel comfortable asking for help from their more experienced colleagues or supervisors. They're all nice enough so I'm really not sure what's going on behind the counter. As I can see from the other reviews, I am not the only one who thinks this way. I wonder if TD will do something about this. I'd be surprised if I get a response for my review. Additional note: TD did respond to my TD website complaint and I was shocked at how quickly they did; the branch manager called within a few hours. They do take their customer service seriously. He was very receptive to what I had to say and I really respected that. No excuses, just great listening and sincere questions. Excellent leadership. Though my ratings remain a one-star for now, I'm fairly confident that this branch will be a 5-star shortly. Check back in 3 months... 2 months later: Maybe luck, maybe things are looking better, but we've dealt with staff who are more 'professional' and confident; they know what they're doing. Staff seems a little more careful with answers. Please keep up with the improvements. Thank you.

Honestly, the worst TD branch I have ever been to. The service at the tellers desk is respectable, but I don’t know how they train their employees. My money always gets messed up. Money Sent to wrong inactive accounts, depositing 50 instead of 500, opening accounts without my knowledge or authorization. It’s ridiculous!! I always have to waste my time to call the customer service line and have them clean up and tellers mistake. Worst part is that it is the closest branch to me. Don’t ever use this location.

Never again! I lost track of how many times my account has been suspended from either entering a wrong password, using Apple Pay, or from simply using my card at multiple stores causing a security concern. Same bullsh*t again last night, suspended for using Apple Pay at an emergency vet appointment when I didn’t have a card on me. Like I told the repersentive, if I have to walk into a branch again to regain access to MY account im closing it. I was with RBC for 10 yeas and never once had to go through this hassle. Im officially done with TD once and for all
